Rotary House is a warden-controlled residence for older people in the Russells Hall area of Dudley. Its 52 apartments, built around a large landscaped courtyard, provide quality accommodation in a friendly and welcoming environment for couples and single retired people.
The award-winning development was started to mark the Golden Jubilee of the Dudley Rotary Club and doubled in size a few years later. The property is owned by The Rotary Club of Dudley Housing Association Limited and managed by a Board of Directors appointed from Association members (currently all Rotarians), with the assistance of CHADD (Churches Housing Association of Dudley and District) as managing agent.
