About Dudley

Rotary House is a warden-controlled residence for older people in the Russells Hall area of Dudley. Its 52 apartments, built around a large landscaped courtyard, provide quality accommodation in a friendly and welcoming environment for couples and single retired people. The award-winning development was started to mark the Golden Jubilee of the Dudley Rotary Club and doubled in size a few years later.

CHADD

For over 40 years the property was owned and managed by The Rotary Club of Dudley Housing Association but early in 2018 we are pleased to have transferred it to the safe hands of CHADD (Churches Housing Association of Dudley and District).
